Not only does bad posture make us look less attractive, it can actually lead to serious discomfort! Are you experiencing back, shoulder, neck or hip discomfort? We may have the solution for you. Luckily, there are exercises you can do to lengthen and strengthen very important muscles that can correct your movement that my be forming that bad posture. Our fitness specialists will work with you to increase flexibility in specific muscle groups that could be causing your discomfort, improve muscular strength for muscles that may have not worked in a while, both key factors that play into proper posture.
