Pre and Post Pregnancy Programs
Being a mom is a wonderful miracle! It’s also a major responsibility and time commitment. Not only must you take care of your own health, but that of your baby as well. Working with your doctor to determine what’s appropriate for you, the team at Studio 108 can guide you through being physically fit during your pregnancy and staying on track (or getting back on the wagon) after the baby arrives. Pre-pregnancy exercise has been shown to make delivery easier, while post-pregnancy workouts help boost your energy level, help re-set your hormones, ligaments and posture as well as burn off stress.
