FitRanX is a comprehensive and standardized ranking system used for gauging individual’s fitness levels.
The Revolutionary Fitness Ranking System keeps you motivated and gives you clear and specific goals to strive for while ensuring that you are achieving balanced, full-body fitness. You get maximum results under the supervision of well experienced and former military veteran Coach Paul Mitchell.

Groups are kept small with people of similar skills sets to ensure both a personal feel to your training, and also to ensure no one is being held back because of newer participants.

Level 0-3 class is for newer members and those who have passed Levels 1 and 2, but not yet Level 3.
Level 4 and Above is for those who have passed Level 3 and working towards Level 8.

Both Level 0-3 and Level 4 and Above class are approximately 45 minutes in length.

Join us for our 6 week series- Mon/Wed 7pm and Saturday at 10am or Tues/Thur at 10am.

Spots are limited in each group. Our 10am Morning Session has 7 spots left and our evening session has 5 spots left.
