New Program Alert: Youth/Teen Strength Sessions

For some of our parents scrambling and navigating virtual learning world, we understand your kids may be missing out on crucial exercise time. We are offering student discounts for one on one or family (multiple children) sessions. We are also offering as a part of this program a one day a week group format so that your kids get the social interaction (at a distance) as well as a sense of community. (Limit to 6 kids in one group.)
