Just remember, if your dreams don’t scare the life out of you, you aren’t dreaming big enough. And if you’re not entirely ready to trust the process and let go of excuses and overcome obstacles, you’re not ready to change.
This time of year if where we hear a lot of the “I want, I will, I’m ready.” Too often we then are met with resistance with- “I can’t, I won’t, I don’t”
We will do everything in our power to accommodate to your lifestyle. But at one point you’re going to have to do what it takes to finally break those barriers.
It’s time to get out of your comfort zone. It’s time to give yourself time. It’s time to entirely trust the process and think long term. It’s not easy. Yes, we are the first to tell you, it’s hard. It may be the hardest thing you’ll ever do. You’ll have days when you want to give up. Some days where you will just cry. And some days that you’ll feel amazing.
We not only ask you to set goals for yourself this year, we are asking you to find yourself this year. To dig deeper then ever before.
So why not go for it? I get it, because it’s scary. What do you have to lose?
