<“I dare you to try to find a fitness club or trainer better than Fitness Studio 108. Let me count the ways: Injury rehab I broke my ankle July 2013. After the cast came off, I had no desire to do rehab. As a former fitness instructor, I felt I didn’t need it. Needless-to-say, this was a mistake. I had not worked out in almost five months when I found Fitness Studio 108. I was fat, out of shape, and my ankle was in bad shape since I never rehabbed it. My ankle barely had any range of motion which made working out painful. They immediately put me on a rehab program to strengthen the muscles around my ankle. This inevitably helped with my ability to move and exercise. Now 7 months later, I am 12 pounds lighter, 2 dress sizes smaller (I went from an 8 to a 4). And I am teaching again. Advanced Sports Performance Training Both my sons are trained here. They are both advanced athletes. One is in middle school, the other is headed to Division 1 football. In the 7 years we have lived here and the multiple sports facilities we have patronized, never have they had a trainer who taught them the things Annie has taught them or conditioned them the proper way Annie does. Skills and Drills? Check. Speed and Agility? Check. Cardio and endurance conditioning? Check. Strength conditioning? Absolutely. That all explain everything in a way the kids can understand and they work on their form and technique to help minimize the risk of injury out on the field. Both boys have reduced their 40-yard-dash time due to Fitness Studio 108’s training and techniques. My older son, in six months, has morphed his body. He has gotten stronger, faster, and has achieved more muscle definition. They care!!! I don’t know how they manage to do it, but the owner AND the other trainers manage to make EACH client feel like it is about him or her. You get a personalized training and nutrition plan, but it is MORE than that.
