DIMA A - CORRECTIVE EXERCISE AND SPORTS ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM- 5 DAYS A WEEK

“In one week, I went from 0 to 7 pull ups.  I initially didn’t know what corrective exercise was, but within the first day, I left Fitness Studio 108 with so much more body awareness and knowledge as to why this was so important to my performance as an athlete. Most importantly, corrective exercise helped me so much with my over all aches, pains and growth.  My name is Dima, I am 14 years old and my goal is to improve my performance and get bigger.  Within one month of training at Fitness Studio 108 in Georgia, I lost 1.6% body fat, gained 2lbs, gained 2.5 inches in lean muscle mass, grew 1.5inches  and am literally standing taller than ever due to my continued corrected posture.  (This is my progress in ONE MONTH) Workouts/sessions are nothing I have experienced before and I thoroughly enjoy the family atmosphere, challenging sessions and friendly staff.”  It’s a fun environment to be in and I look forward to every session!

This past year and currently, CPT/Nutrition Specialist Margie Cox has dramatically helped me develop a better way of living with fitness and nutrition. With her encouragement, driven personality and her great knowledge of fitness training and nutrition, I’m the healthiest I’ve been in years!

Over the years, I have always been physically active and very into fitness. I would successfully lose weight, but after burning myself out, the weight would come back. By the beginning of 2012, I had reached my heaviest of 194lbs. and at 5’6 ½” tall. Determined to reach my goal by summer, I sought out a trainer. I met Margie, winter of 2012 and my life has never been the same. She’s absolutely sweet, but will work you like never before! Her various training strategies are truly amazing! We hardly ever do the same things twice. I learned how to eat right and how to exercise, so I wouldn’t burn myself out. Just her helping me to understand and commit to an overall life style change would be most beneficial in the long run. By late summer 2012 I lost a total of 31lbs and in the best shape I have ever been.
