With hard work and dedication to everything she does, Annie is a motivating and inspiring individual. Founder and President of Fitness Studio 108, she opened her first fitness facility in 2009 in Fresno, CA and now in Johns Creek, GA in 2013 specializing in bridging the gap between the medical field and fitness. Her passion of building a team of professionals that will educate and empower the community to move well, eat well to live well has a track record of being incredibly successful through the transformations of thousands of individuals nationwide.
Annie is a wife, mother, business owner, true health practitioner (fitness, martial arts and holistic nutrition) and former pole-vaulter that competed at the Division I collegiate level for Boise State University and California State University, Fresno. A three time national qualifier for NCAA Regional Track and field and an NSCA Strength and Conditioning All-American, she knows all to well about the communication that is much needed between a team of doctors and fitness professionals to ensure success in the real world as she accomplished her feats all while battling through two knee surgeries.
Annie’s background of physical therapy, gymnastics, power-lifting and managing big corporate gyms has allowed her to climb the ladder of fitness training and education. Her love for health, fitness and pre and post rehabilitation led her to obtain her Bachelors of Science Degree in Health and Rehabilitation (Pre-Physical Therapy) that has set her up for the doctorate of physical therapy.
Annie was selected to become a Master Instructor for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2011. (NASM is the gold standard of Personal Training certification and is highly recognized nation wide.) in which she teaches NASM’s live workshops for continuing education for other personal trainers as well as an international tv personality and national presenter for business coaching systems and various fitness topics. Annie is the founder of Fitness Studio 108 and as a Master Instructor with NASM, obtains various certifications and specializations with NASM including and not limited to:

She is also one of four re-occurring featured trainers on MTV’s “I Used To Be Fat” still airing internationally. Annie enjoys motivational speaking at schools, corporate events and seminars and is determined to move the community to a healthier state and elevate the standard of fitness education in our communities.
